Austin Business Journal #14 Real Estate Team Partners with Keller Williams Xperience Real Estate

The Williams Team partners with Xperience to power the next phase of growth

PORTLAND, OREGON (March 8, 2019) — Keller Williams Xperience Real Estate has announced that The Williams Team of Austin, Texas has partnered with the Xperience Real Estate network. Since 2006, The Williams Team has been a dominant force in the Austin market when Kristen Williams launched into real estate as Austin’s Rookie of the Year. Since then, the team has continued to grow closing more than 100 units in 2018 for a volume of $35 million, earning $1 million in gross commission income, another spot on the coveted Austin Platinum Top 50 list and a #14 ranking in the Austin Business Journal’s Residential Real Estate Awards. The Williams Team is joining the Xperience network to power the next phase of their growth.“I have known Kristen and Carter for more than four years through Keller Williams Young Professionals where Kristen and I have served together as panelists and presenters. Their team’s willingness to help others grow and their focus on creating exceptional experiences for their clients shows tremendous alignment in our organization’s mission,” Xperience Real Estate CEO Chris Suarez said. The Williams Team attributes their continuous growth to the relationships they have with their clients. “They are more than clients, they are friends and advocates for our business,” The Williams Team CEO Kristen Williams explained. “Our partnership with Xperience will provide stronger systems and resources that will result in an even more exceptional experience for our clients. This partnership is also about our team. The production models and training will elevate the skills of all of our agents and provide tremendous growth opportunities.”“I truly respect Kristen and Carter as business owners. They continue to mentor others through Keller Williams Young Professionals, their Market Center’s Associate Leadership Council and as members of KW Commercial. Equally as important to me — and to the values of Xperience — is how they create experiences for their community. Carter serves on the State Games Committee for the Special Olympics. Kristen is an active member of The Junior League of Austin and currently is in a key leadership position tied to the signature fundraising event. As a team, they are providing a scholarship that gives both funds and mentorship to a college student who was raised in foster care through Foster Angels of Central Texas. I could not be more proud to be in business with such generous leaders.” Suarez said.Xperience, one of Keller Williams’ top ten teams, has developed an innovative model to power other successful teams. Partners retain the branding and relationships they’ve built with their clients and in their communities, while being powered by the proven models and systems of Xperience.Suarez has expanded his business into more than two dozen cities, generating millions of dollars in annual revenue while building a strong culture through coaching, consulting, collaboration, and commitment. In addition to leading the Xperience team, Suarez teaches the KW MAPS Coaching program Build Your Business to Expand. In recent months, Xperience has announced partnerships with top agent teams including the Charlotte Mabry Team in Tennessee, the Christine Ricci Team in New York, Zuber Group in Idaho, and three large Texas teams, The Bucher Group, The Amanda Ponce Team and The Deldi Ortegon Group.
